When people search on a term in Google it is called an “exact match” search. For example, if you search on the term “dog training,” Google will do its best to show you all the pages where there is an exact match to the term “dog training.”

You need to know this because the perfect domain name would be the exact name of the search term for which you want to rank highly in Google – its first page. In other words, if you want to build a site around “dog training,” the best way to get traffic is to have the domain name www.dogtraining.com.

Dead on arrival

If you choose the wrong domain name, your website could be DOA – dead on arrival – with no or very few visitors. Suppose, for example, you were to create a site on Labrador Retriever dog training but chose the domain name, greatdogtraining.com. In this case you could likely get zero visitors interested specifically in training Labrador Retrievers.

Long gone

However, as you will soon discover, exact match domain names like dogtraining.com are long gone. So, too, are names like dogtraining.net, dogtraining.org and dogtraining.info. In short, you won’t be able to get an exact domain name for the keyword “dog training.” This is true of many, many keywords – they were all gobbled up many years ago.

What to do what to do?

There is a free program, Domain Samurai (www.domainsamurai.com) that you can download to your computer. This tool will save you literally hours of frustrated and pointless searching for an exact match domain name.

What Domain Samurai does

After you open the program, you type in your seed keyword or keywords. For example, if you want to get a domain titled “Labrador dog training,” you would type this term into the search box and then click on Find Domains. You might also include search terms such as hunting dog training or training Labrador hunting dogs.

Domain Samurai will then display all the available domain name variations on the keyword “labrador dog training.” In this example, you might find that the domain name www.labradordogtgraining.com,.net or.org is not available. But you could get the domain name www.huntingdogtraining.net. Given this, www.huntingdogtraining.net might be a good choice.

When you can’t get an exact match

If you are totally committed to the idea of building a site around a term where you can’t get an exact mach on dot.com, dot net, dot org or dot info (which, incidentally is considered by many smart marketers to be a poor choice), Domain Samurai still has an answer.

It will show you alternative domain names with what are called stop words. Common stop words are e, the, and my. They are called stop words for reasons that I don’t understand but the thing is, Google does not recognize them. In other words, the domain name www.elabradordogtraining.com is almost as good as an exact match such as www.labradodogtraining.com.

Add a suffix

Domain Samurai will also show you variations on your search term with suffixes such as www. labradordogtrainingsite.com or www.labradordogtrainingblog.com.

In fact, Domain Samurai will show you literally dozens of alternative domain names.It will also rank them in terms of their density or the percentage of the domain name that has the keyword. In this example, www.elabradordogtraining.com rates a 95%, while www.labradordogtrainingsite.org scores just 83%. So, www.elabradordogtraining.com would probably be a better choice.

The fact is, Domain Samurai is a great, free tool that can save you hours of searching for a domain name and can help you find one that is either an exact match to your search term or one that is darn close.

So why do many webmasters buy PLR?

The reason they do this is because at some point in time, they {realize that time is money and that it’s better to spend the maximum amount of their time doing things that will them more money than writing articles or blog posts. Instead of spending hour after hour grinding out content, they could better spend their time creating new websites or blogs, negotiating joint ventures or looking for new offline clients.

Google becomes more persnickety just about every month

If you’re not aware of this, you should know that Google has changed its page ranking algorithm at least four times this year and will most probably continue to do so. What’s behind these changes is the fact that Google’s number one objectives is to provide the best search results possible so is putting a premium or higher ranking on those pages that have good, informative content.

In fact, sites such as ehow.com and ezinearticles.com were seriously downgraded because Google’s algorithm found they were not delivering enough quality content.

The net result of this is that if you want your website or blog page to be on Googles first page of search results, you better have good, high-quality content. And the fastest and easiest way to get that content is by buying high-quality PLR.

Maybe you just hate to write

Another reason to buy PLR is if you just hate to write or feel you are not very good at it. Writing content, whether it’s for your website, to submit to article directories or to use as e-mails requires skills that some people just don’t have. There are many things you can do with PLR besides the ones listed above. As mentioned previously, you can use it as articles on your blog or website, as e-mails or as e-zine articles.

And that’s just the beginning.

You could buy, for example, seven articles on natural supplements and combine them to form a report you could give away as a premium or to build an e-mail list.

You could generate more international business by having PLR articles translated into other languages, use them to respond to Yahoo answers, combine a number of  them together to form an e-book, use them to answer questions on discussion forums or to promote an eBay store.

But to become a firefighter, you must first understand that there is intense competition for every position that becomes available. For that matter, there are usually numerous candidates for every position – sometimes as many or as 10 or 15 people competing for the same opening.

This means it is critical for you to understand what it takes to win a firefighting position.

The process begins with knowing where to look for firefighting jobs. Obviously, the first place is your local newspaper and the best place to find firefighter positions in its Sunday edition. If you do not live in a major city with a newspaper that has a leading a Sunday edition, you might go to your local library on Monday and check for classified ads for firefighters in nearby large cities. For example, if you lived in Wray, Colorado, your best bet would be the Sunday edition of the Denver Post.

The next step

The next step in how to become a firefighter is to a get and fill out an application. You can usually get information about the exam and application process from your city’s department of personnel (or HR department) or from your local fire department. You might also be able obtain an application from your school guidance office or your local library.

To begin the application process you should locate the appropriate agencies and give them a call. When you call, be sure to have a pencil and paper ready to write down any instructions or directions you are given. You can explain that you need.

The next step towards winning that coveted badge will be a written examination. The typical written firefighter exam takes about 3 1/2 hours and may include 100 or more questions. Assuming you score high enough on the written exam to continue the process, you’ll next be required to take a physical test. These tests are designed to simulate actual firefighting duties, and include exercises such as hose drag, hose carry, ladder climbing, latter raise and victim removal. You will most likely be required to do these while wearing firefighter clothing and equipment, and to complete the tasks within a stated amount of time.

The physical and the psychological evaluation

The next step will be a physical examination, followed by a psychological evaluation. The work of a firefighter is often stressful and performed under harsh conditions. The purpose of the psychological evaluation is to make sure that you can function well under these conditions will and that you will work well with other members of your team.
